Unrepostify — FAQ

If you can't find the answer, contact us at innovativedigital.ios@gmail.com.

What is Unrepostify?

Unrepostify helps you clean up and remove your reposts from TikTok quickly and easily.

Which platforms does Unrepostify support?

Currently Unrepostify supports TikTok.

How does Unrepostify detect reposts?

Unrepostify loads the same list of reposts you can see on your TikTok profile.

Will Unrepostify remove reposts automatically?

Yes. Unrepostify removes your reposts when you tell it to. There is a daily limit to keep your account safe — removing too many reposts too quickly can trigger TikTok's rate limiting.

Is my data private and secure?

Yes. Unrepostify only processes content you explicitly action within the app. It does not share your personal credentials and follows privacy best practices. For full details, see the Privacy Policy in the app.

I found a bug or have a feature request — how can I contact you?

Use the Support link inside the app, or email us at innovativedigital.ios@gmail.com. Include as much detail as possible and attach screenshots where relevant.

Logging in
How do I log in?

Log in using your TikTok email or username and password.

The following login methods are not supported and will not work:

  • Mobile number
  • Google
  • Facebook
  • Apple

If you don't have a password set on your TikTok account, you'll need to add one first. Open the TikTok app, go to Profile → Settings → Manage account → Password.

Can I log in with a QR code?

Yes. On the login screen, tap Use QR Code. Then open TikTok on another device where you're already logged in, go to Profile → QR code icon (top right), and scan the code shown in Unrepostify.

I don't know my password — what do I do?

You'll need to reset your password directly in TikTok. Open the TikTok app, go to Profile → Settings → Manage account → Password and follow the steps. Once reset, return to Unrepostify and log in with your email/username and new password.

I'm getting a "pop up blocked" error

This means you're using an unsupported login method. Our login only works with email or username and password. Go back to the login screen, enter your TikTok email or username and password, and try again.

I'm getting "too many attempts" or "try again later"

This usually means you're entering the wrong credentials or using the wrong login method. Check the following:

  • Make sure you're entering your TikTok email or username — not your phone number
  • Make sure you're entering your TikTok password — not a Google or Facebook password
  • Try logging into the TikTok website to confirm your credentials work there first
  • Wait a few minutes, then try again
I'm not receiving a login code
  • Make sure you're logging in with email/username and password, not a verification code method
  • If you are using email login, check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you have access to the email address linked to your TikTok account
  • Wait 60 seconds and request the code again
I'm logging into the wrong account

This happens when the email or username you're entering belongs to a different TikTok account. Log into the TikTok website to confirm which email is linked to the account you want, then log in here using that email and its password.

Using Unrepostify
I can't view or remove my reposts

Try the following steps in order:

  1. Force-close the app and reopen it
  2. Log out of the app and log back in
  3. Switch to a different Wi-Fi network, or turn Wi-Fi off and use mobile data
  4. Disconnect from any VPN or proxy
  5. Log out of TikTok on all web browsers, then try again
  6. If you recently removed a large number of reposts, wait a few minutes before trying again

If none of the above work, contact us via the Support link in the app.

I'm seeing an error

Errors are almost always caused by a temporary issue on TikTok's end — not a problem with your account or Unrepostify. They typically clear up on their own. To speed things up:

  1. Log out of the app and log back in
  2. Switch to a different Wi-Fi network, or use mobile data instead
  3. Log out of TikTok on all web browsers, then try again

If the error persists, TikTok may be experiencing an outage. Try again in 30–60 minutes.

My reposts are still showing after removal

Scroll down through your reposts list — they are being removed. It can take a minute or two for everything to sync and disappear from the list.

Why is there a daily limit?

The limit is there to protect your account. Removing or loading too many reposts too quickly can trigger TikTok's own rate limiting, which may cause errors or a temporary block on your account.

I'm on the wrong account — how do I switch?
  1. Tap your profile, then log out
  2. Log back in with the correct account's email or username and password
  3. If you're not sure which account is which, log into the TikTok website first to check
